Brethren, prior to our stated meeting in January the Worshipful Master has called a special meeting for 6:00 PM to confer the Entered Apprentice degree on one candidate. We have been pretty active the past year and it looks like 2011 will be as well. I'll list some statistics from 2010: We lost 4 brethren to death and 1 on dimit. We raised 6 and have a couple of candidates we're doing work on.
Come and join us at 6 PM for the degree and stay for the stated meeting at 8 PM.

A new year begins....
On December 9 the new officers were installed in Edenton Lodge for the coming year. The list is found following the link on the right side of this page. Our new Worshipful Master, Tim Paston, has some exciting things planned this year. We will be communicating with the brethren shortly some of those dates. So, come out and support the officers of your lodge. They will greatly appreciate it.
November Meeting
Brethren, the election of officers went well and the list is published. W. Bro. Tim Paston has some neat plans for the coming year and would appreciate your support. Some upcoming activities include:
*Open installation of officers on Dec. 9 at 6:30 PM starting with a carry in dinner
*Working the Salvation Army kettle on Dec. 11 at Sears in Eastgate
Our next stated meeting is Dec. 18. Come out and join us for some good fellowship.

October meeting
The October meeting has come and gone. We had a good turnout for the Entered Apprentice degree at 7:00. We held the regular meeting at 8:00 as usual. Next month dues are due and it will be the election of officers. Please be thinking about this and then come and vote. For future reference, our inspection will be in the Fellowcraft degree on March 30, 2011. Dinner will be at 6:00 PM with the degree at 7:00 PM.
Dues are Due
Brethren, dues are due at the November meeting but I will have the dues cards at the October meeting so you can pay them then and save you and the lodge some postage. They are $55.
Outdoor raising
It was a beautiful day to be in the woods.The sun was peeking through the leaves of the trees and a slight breeze kept things cool for the most part. Occasionally the sound of a falling acorn was heard, especially when it fell directly onto a table or one of the cars parked near the lodge. We started at 10:00 AM and ate lunch between the first and second sections of the degree. It was also our stated meeting for September and when all was said and done we finished up around 2:30. As they say, a good time was had by all. Thanks to all the brethren that came. And thanks to Charlotte Back for allowing us to use her place once again.
September, 2010
The September 18, 2010 stated meeting will be at 10:00 AM at Charlotte Back's farm at 6315 Newtonsville Rd. It is our annual outdoor raising. We will do the first section, go to refreshment and eat lunch, finish the degree and conduct any other business we need to. Show up a little early for coffee and donuts. If it rains we'll hold the meeting at the lodge.
